Vinyl wall quotes
A wall quote gives a bare wall personality, in the living room, kitchen, nursery or office. You type your own text, choose a font (from elegant script to bold block letters) and a colour, and set the width in centimetres. You see the text at actual size on an example wall, so there are no surprises.
Suitable surfaces
Suitable
Smooth, clean, dry and fully cured paint (for example a wall paint with a slight sheen or a lacquer). Smooth tiles, glass or mirror.
Less suitable
Rough plaster, embossed wallpaper, lime paint or paint that has not yet cured.
If in doubt, test in an inconspicuous spot. If you remove a sticker later, paint or wallpaper may come off with it; peel it slowly and at a sharp angle, if necessary using a hair dryer to warm the adhesive slightly.

Measure the wall and mark the position
Use a spirit level and painter's tape to get it straight.

Combine colours
Use several vinyl layers for a text in two colours.

Mind the legibility
Thin script on a busy background reads poorly; choose a bolder font.

Within the dimensions
The design can be up to 200 cm wide and 200 cm high.
