3. Who we share data with

  • Printen.eu: StickerMaker.eu is part of Printen.eu (the same business, see above). That is where your order is made. Printen.eu may use a print shop or carrier for cutting and shipping; they only receive what is necessary (your design file, your name and delivery address, and your contact details only if needed for delivery), solely to make and deliver your vinyl lettering.
  • Stripe, our payment provider, processes your payment.
  • Resend, for sending emails such as the order confirmation.
  • Our hosting provider (Railway), where the website and the database run, and Cloudflare for DNS and security, insofar as we use them.
  • Our accountant or accounting software, insofar as needed for the administration.
  • Google Analytics, only if we have switched this on and you give consent.

We make security agreements with parties that process data on our behalf. Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area; this is then done on the basis of an appropriate transfer mechanism, such as standard contractual clauses.

4. Retention periods

  • Order and invoice data: 7 years, because of the statutory tax retention obligation.
  • Other data and design files: no longer than necessary for carrying out the order, the guarantee and any complaints.
  • Emails and messages: as long as necessary to handle your question.

5. Your rights

Do you have a complaint about how we handle your data? Contact us, or lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or the data protection authority in your own country.
