How long it takes and what it costs to receive your vinyl lettering.

From order to doormat

  1. You order. Your design is made especially for you, so we start after your order and payment.
  2. We produce. We have your vinyl lettering produced within 3 working days after your order and payment. These are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  3. We ship. Then your order is shipped. The delivery time depends on the carrier.

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. You see the shipping costs in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Delivery

The delivery time depends on the carrier and we cannot guarantee it in advance. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver no later than 30 days after your order. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us via the contact page.

Good to know

Check your order on receipt

Check your parcel straight after receipt. If it is damaged or something is not right, let us know as soon as possible, preferably with a photo. More about this in the returns policy.

Consequences of a wrong address

Check your delivery address carefully at checkout. A parcel that cannot be delivered because of a mistake in the address may lead to extra costs for a new shipment.
